Tebow Crime

I normally wouldn't give the Jets enough credit to discuss them here, but the move to get Tim Tebow has me dumbfounded.  I understand the guy can run the football and that Tony Sporano, the Jets' new OC, liked to use the Wildcat in Miami, but wasn't the core of the problem for the Jets last year the complete circus inside the locker room and out?  Mark Sanchez has his days, but the guy can't hang in the pocket, can't throw outside the numbers, gets called out by his teammates and yet the organization proceeds to give him an extension after dangling Peyton Manning in front of his face.  Talk about a backhanded boost of confidence.  Now you throw the most recognizable and loved player in the league  into the mix and not only will Sanchez be feeling the heat, but the entire team becomes confused. With Rex Ryan steering the ship, things only get worse.  It's like the Jets have decided to pair a godsend with a fat hellspawn in hopes that something in the middle will emerge.  For me, this further proves that the Jets and their sheepish owner are more concerned about selling those PSL's than putting a cohesive and winning team on the field.
